In the 2022 cycle, N&P was engaged by the incumbent Attorney General of New York Letitia James to support a reelection campaign against a Republican challenger. N&P sought to document AG James’ service in numerous public offices, spanning nearly two decades.
Our research documented James’ follow through on her promise to hold Big Pharma accountable for the opioid epidemic and fighting for consumers, tenants, and the labor movement. We also highlighted James’ successes taking on big fish including high-profile investigations into Trump and former Governor Andrew Cuomo, and efforts to dissolve the NRA.
In contrast, N&P documented James’ opponent’s lack of experience, failure to live up to his promises, and disqualifying connections to the far-right, MAGA base. James won a second term by an 8 point margin.
