In 2020 and 2022, N&P supported U.S. Congressman Colin Allred in his reelection bids for TX-32. Allred, a Black Dallas native, Obama Administration alum and civil rights attorney, beat Republican challenger Genevieve Collins with a 6 point margin in 2020.
While combating misinformation from the Collins campaign, our research highlighted Allred’s dedication to getting veterans the care and support they deserve, lowering the cost of prescription drugs, and lowering taxes for everyday Texans.
N&P research also took advantage of unforced errors by the Collins campaign, such as filming campaign ads maskless in a school, needlessly exposing children to COVID-19 risk.
