In 2018, a leading climate activist engaged Nesbitt & Parrinello to design a large-scale vetting operation (200+ vets per week), a research operating model, and rapid response command center for a potential presidential campaign. During the one year, $40 million dollar testing the waters phase, we designed the 30-person research team staffing model; compiled an 800,000 word vulnerability assessment; and architected the operating model and physical space for the campaign communications command center. We think our candidate was perhaps the most well prepared candidate for national office who declined to run.
